This memorandum of understanding is signed between the Sathyabama University, Chennai, represented by its Chancellor Dr. JEPPIAAR and Vins Christian College of Engineering, Nagercoil represented by its Chairman Mr. Nanjil M. Vincent B.A.B.L, C.S.W(U.S.A) Ex.M.P.

According to this Memorandum of understanding both the Sathyabama University and Vins Christian College of Engineering agree to share their Information, Experience, Infrastructure Facilities, Placement activities, Organization of National and International Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Symposia, Job oriented Short term and Long term courses, Faculty and Student Improvement Programmes, Exchange of Faculties and students for various Academic and Research Programmes and different Consultancy, funded and sponsored projects, Faculty and Students Training, exchange of Library facilities, Equipments and Machinery facilities and Collaborative Research in different areas including Biotechnology, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Information technology, Electronics and Communication, Management Science, Computer Applications, Software development, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, etc.

This memorandum of understanding is signed between HCL INFOSYSTEMS Ltd, Chennai, represented by Manager and Vins Christian College of Engineering, Nagercoil represented by its Chairman Mr. Nanjil M. Vincent B.A.B.L, C.S.W(U.S.A) Ex.M.P.

According to this Memorandum of understanding both the HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD agree to provide the training facilities for Placement activities, Job oriented Short term and Long term traing, Faculty development Program etc.

This memorandum of understanding is signed between Sutherland Global Services, Chennai, represented by Manager and Vins Christian College of Engineering, Nagercoil represented by its Chairman Mr. Nanjil M. Vincent B.A.B.L, C.S.W(U.S.A) Ex.M.P.

According to this Memorandum of understanding between VINS CHRISTIAN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING and Sutherland Global Services agree to provide the training facilities for Placement activities, Job oriented Short term and Long term traing, Faculty development Program etc.
